Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving software quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous testing.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior QA staff.
• Ensure tight collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding quality assurance methodologies.
• Analyze and report on key quality metrics to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Quality Assurance certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role

• Test Case Development
• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Certified Selenium Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools: Knowledge of JMeter or LoadRunner for conducting performance tests.
• Experience with version control systems: Familiarity with Git or similar tools for code management.
