Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experiences at our Cape Town hotel, leading a vibrant team and implementing strategies to improve service standards and operational efficiency. Strong management and customer service skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to uphold service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor budget, control expenses, and achieve financial targets.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel services and packages.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and staff retention.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or hospitality roles
