Job Description

Join our Cape Town team as a Healthcare Administrator. In this role, you will manage various tasks, including patient management, staff coordination, and adherence to healthcare regulations, ensuring a smooth operation that prioritizes patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop strategic plans for efficient healthcare service delivery.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of healthcare staff.
  • Implement patient feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance for management review.
  • Ensure that all patient interactions meet quality standards.
  • Manage supply inventory and procurement for the facility.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
