As a Public Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing health initiatives that aim to improve community health standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess public health needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure effective programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify health data and research gaps within the community.
• Plan and coordinate health programmes targeting high-risk populations.
• Analyze health statistics to inform programme planning.
• Create educational materials for community outreach.
• Strengthen partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organisations.
• Conduct field visits to ensure programme compliance.
• Assist in grant writing and funding proposals.
• Develop strategic plans to address emerging health threats.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or Social Sciences
• Master's degree in Public Health or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of experience in health programme management
