Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and reference checks for new hires.
• Implement HR best practices in line with company strategy.
• Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
• Track and analyze employee metrics, suggest improvements based on findings.
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate the performance appraisal process.
• Update and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
• Assist in the development of a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and enforce employee compliance with policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an HR role
