Job Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our Durban team. The successful candidate will oversee essential HR functions, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. A proactive approach is key, as you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruitment campaigns and assist in selecting the right talent.
• Help resolve employee conflicts and performance issues.
• Monitor HR trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
• Facilitate the implementation of employee training programs.
• Maintain all HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Postgraduate degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of experience in Human Resources
