Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in human resources and demonstrate both strategic and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies that align with the company culture.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Organize training sessions and workshops for employee skills development.
  • Ensure adherence to labor legislation and company policies.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management or related roles
