Job Description

As a Station Agent, you will provide exceptional service to passengers at the train station, assisting with ticket purchases and travel information. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive travel experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Support passengers with travel-related inquiries and ticketing processes.
  • Ensure the station’s facilities are well-kept and operational.
  • Address and resolve passenger issues swiftly and empathetically.
  • Oversee safe boarding and disembarking of passengers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Document and report on passenger transactions accurately.
  • Assist in emergency procedures as required.

Requirements

Education
