We are on the lookout for a passionate Learning Program Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. This role involves designing and implementing learning initiatives that drive engagement and foster skill development across various platforms. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to create rich content that resonates with learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning initiatives tailored for various audiences.
• Work closely with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Assess learning programs' effectiveness and modify them to improve learner outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to incorporate technology into learning programs.
• Analyze learner feedback and adjust programs to meet diverse learning styles.
• Document program development processes and outcomes for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or a related discipline
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing educational programs
