Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards of guest service throughout the hotel.
  • Direct procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure maintenance excellence.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests.
  • Plan and coordinate special events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Facilitate problem resolution and guest recovery situations.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager on hotel performance.
  • Foster a team-oriented atmosphere through effective leadership.
  • Implement guest feedback systems to assess service quality.
  • Manage daily operational challenges for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
