Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Enhance patient experience through service quality improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads on strategic planning and service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, fostering effective communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare facility management role
