Job Description

The Community Organization Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a community-based organization. This role is essential for implementing programs and services, managing staff, overseeing financial matters, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community-based programs that address social issues.
  • Manage staff and volunteers, ensuring effective teamwork.

  • Supervise fundraising efforts and grant management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus
