Job Description

We are seeking an Urban Infrastructure Planner to play a vital role in our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and designing sustainable urban projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that projects meet all regulatory requirements while fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on urban infrastructure planning and development.
  • Conduct public consultations and workshops to gather community feedback.
  • Analyze urban development trends and integrate them into planning.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for urban infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with local authorities on zoning and land use issues.
  • Draft reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Utilize GIS technology for mapping and spatial analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of environmental impact assessments.
  • Support the development of urban renewal and revitalization initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Planning
  • Master's degree is an asset
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years in urban planning or related field
