Responsibilities

• Evaluate historical sales data to develop robust inventory forecasts.
• Coordinate with the finance department on budget forecasting for inventory purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all supply chain activities.
• Mentor junior team members on supply chain best practices.
• Participate actively in demand planning meetings and cross-functional team discussions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining service levels.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's in Management or related experience is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail supply planning
