Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance the quality of care provided. You will work closely with medical staff and management to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the administrative functions of the healthcare operations.
  • Ensure patient-centered care by fostering a supportive environment.
  • Maintain compliance with national healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and billing.
  • Recruit and mentor healthcare staff for optimum performance.
  • Design and implement operational procedures and systems.
  • Evaluate patient care services and improve outcomes.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives within the community.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years in healthcare management or administration
