Job Description

Join our dynamic public health team as a Public Health Officer in Pretoria. This role involves creating and managing health outreach programs aimed at enhancing health literacy and access to health services. You will play a pivotal role in community engagement and health promotion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead health promotion campaigns targeting chronic diseases and prevention.
• Conduct training for healthcare workers on best practices in public health.
• Evaluate outcomes of health initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create partnerships with educational institutions for health education purposes.
• Report findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in health program management or related area

Certifications
