Join our finance department as a Bookkeeper, where you will play a vital role in financial reporting and auditing. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and assisting with audits. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records to support all financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing the company’s budget and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow and forecast financial trends.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Support payroll processes by ensuring timely and accurate submission of data.
• Coordinate with external auditors and respond to inquiries.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on financial transactions.
• Perform other bookkeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
• Further studies towards CA(SA) will be an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of proven bookkeeping experience

• SAGE One
• QuickBooks

Certifications

• Bookkeeping Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with Cloud Accounting software: Familiarity with modern cloud accounting platforms for efficient bookkeeping.
