Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. You will be responsible for preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze financial data to provide insights on business operations.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of budgets.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance for management review.
• Evaluate operational efficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create forecasts and long-term financial projections.
• Monitor cash flow and support working capital management.
• Engage with external stakeholders regarding financial data as needed.
• Track key performance indicators to facilitate business planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Master's degree or similar professional qualification is desired

Experience

• 4+ years in a financial analysis or accounting role
