We are on the lookout for a Compliance Manager based in Durban to lead our compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management, focusing on regulatory adherence and risk management strategies to ensure the organization's operations remain compliant with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance team in ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Develop compliance training programs for staff.
• Implement corrective actions for compliance deficiencies.
• Advise on compliance risks related to new projects or initiatives.

• Maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance management or related role
