Job Description

As a Guest Relations Manager, you'll be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by managing front-of-house operations and addressing guest needs promptly and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Lead the front desk team in welcoming guests and managing their needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Additional training in customer service is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or guest services
