As a Hospitality Manager in Durban, you will oversee hotel operations, ensuring excellent service while managing a team of dedicated staff. Your role will involve strategic planning, staff training, and engaging closely with guests to enrich their experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all hotel operations and facilitate communication between departments.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by monitoring service standards.
• Manage hotel revenue and occupancy rates effectively.
• Organize events and manage function bookings for guests.
• Implement health and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Analyze market trends to adjust service offerings accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a hotel setting
