Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Event Coordinator in Johannesburg, where you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, manage budgets, and oversee logistics, ensuring that every detail is attended to for a flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and monitor event budgets to prevent overspending.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to events.
  • Assist in marketing and public relations efforts for events.
  • Manage RSVP lists and maintain client relationships.
  • Implement sustainability practices in event planning.
  • Train and supervise junior event staff and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management or related roles
