We are seeking a driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and optimize user experience on our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in managing all aspects of e-commerce operations while driving sales and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the e-commerce team in strategizing and executing sales promotions.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure accurate representation of products online.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize website layout and product offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing e-commerce transactions.
• Train and support team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or related field is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategies and digital marketing
