Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shadowgraph Operator to join our quality control team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating shadowgraph equipment to inspect and measure precision components. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret shadowgraph images will be crucial for ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular maintenance and calibration of shadowgraph equipment.
  • Utilize shadowgraph technology to identify minute abnormalities in manufactured parts.
  • Prepare detailed reports of inspections, noting any non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards during inspections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated with advancements in shadowgraph technology and process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in a relevant field
Experience
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is advantageous.
