Job Description

As a Pharmacist at PharmaCare Solutions in Centurion, you will engage with patients to enhance their medication experience, provide health screenings, and work closely with healthcare providers to promote wellness and prevention within the community.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations as per national guidelines.
• Conduct reviews of patient medication regimens for safety.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy
