Accountant

Job Description

As an Accountant at our firm, you will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You will maintain records, analyze budgets, and help with financial planning. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statutory regulations will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring that records are kept up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Liaise with clients regarding their financial and accounting needs.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis efforts.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations.
• Provide financial advice and insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA, CIMA or similar qualification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
