Job Description

We are looking for a Policy Analyst with a passion for public service. You will conduct research and evaluate policies on various public issues, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices in public administration policies.
• Coordinate with various government departments for policy alignment.
• Report on government initiatives and their impacts.
• Develop outreach programs to communicate policy changes.
• Write articles and publications on relevant policy issues.
• Assist in the facilitation of training programs for staff on new policies.
• Evaluate research methodologies and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with external agencies for policy impact assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or a relevant field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a government or policy-making environment
