We are seeking a highly motivated Food Service Manager to oversee all operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve financial objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of restaurant staff.
  • Identify training needs and implement development plans for team members.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high food quality and presentation.
  • Implement and review staff schedules to optimize workflow.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Advanced courses in Food & Beverage Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in managing restaurant operations
