Responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial buildings that meet client needs.
• Coordinate with zoning and planning departments to secure necessary approvals.
• Research and recommend sustainable construction methods.
• Review and approve contractor bids and designs.
• Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Landscape Architecture

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• LEED Accredited

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational

Advantageous

• Project management experience: Experience in overseeing architectural projects from initiation to completion.
