• Prepare detailed architectural plans and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Present designs to stakeholders and clients for approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Participate in community engagement initiatives related to urban planning.
• Mentor junior staff and interns in architectural practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Landscape Architecture

Certifications

• LEED Accredited

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
