Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of supply chain processes, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. You will ensure the timely delivery of goods while optimizing logistics performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily logistics operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop partnerships with logistics service providers.
  • Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects aimed at optimizing logistics networks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service responding to logistics inquiries.
  • Manage logistics budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics with business strategies.
  • Report on logistics KPIs to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a logistics role with supervisory experience
