Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Create adaptive learning paths customized to employee job roles.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to improve employee skill sets.
• Utilize feedback to refine training delivery methods.
• Collaborate with management to set long-term training goals.
• Research and implement e-learning tools for enhanced engagement.
• Promote and communicate training initiatives throughout the organization.
• Build relationships with employees to better understand their career aspirations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Human Resources
• Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or educational roles

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual proficiency: Ability to conduct training sessions in Afrikaans in addition to English.
