Job Description

As an Event Planner at Event Solutions Ltd., you will coordinate and manage various events, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. You will liaise with clients, vendors, and venues to create bespoke experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative concepts and themes for events, ensuring they align with client expectations.
  • Conduct site inspections and venue assessments.
  • Provide on-site coordination during events to ensure everything is executed perfectly.
  • Prepare event reports summarizing outcomes, costs, and client feedback.
  • Stay current on industry trends to offer fresh ideas and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Communications
  • Postgraduate qualification in Event Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of event planning experience, particularly in corporate settings.
