Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. This role involves developing quality metrics, conducting audits, and leading a team focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance team in the execution of quality programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Foster a culture of quality and safety within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Engage with external stakeholders for audits and assessments.
• Participate in the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Report on quality outcomes and compliance in management meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Public Health or related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in healthcare quality assurance roles, including management experience
