Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandising Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective merchandising of products in various retail outlets, utilizing excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising plans and maintain appealing displays in stores.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain for replenishment.
• Conduct store visits to assess merchandising compliance and provide feedback.
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences with the sales team.
• Participate in product launches and promotional activities.
• Prepare detailed reports on merchandising performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Retail Management preferred

Experience

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving product visibility

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale (POS) systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Analytical thinking

Advantageous

• Experience in the FMCG industry: Familiarity with fast-moving consumer goods and their retail dynamics.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques: Understanding best practices in visual merchandising.
