Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated support requests and provide in-depth technical analysis.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repairs.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues.
  • Assist in system upgrades and patch management activities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for junior support staff.

Education
