Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to manage and innovate our recruitment strategies in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee a team of recruiters, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent for our clients. A strong background in recruitment and team leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative recruitment practices and technologies.
  • Implement strategies to enhance diversity in hiring.
  • Manage candidate offers and negotiations.
  • Evaluate recruitment channels and optimize accordingly.
  • Engage with potential candidates via social media and networking.
  • Coordinate recruitment drives and career fairs.
  • Analyze feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment process.
  • Provide insights to improve employee retention related to hiring.
  • Build a positive employer brand through effective engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Degree in Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a management role
