As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process. Your analytical mindset and keen eye for talent will be instrumental in enhancing our team's capabilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify passive candidates.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
• Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
• Assist in developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Monitor and improve candidate engagement and employer brand perception.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed.
• Collaborate with management on compensation packages for new hires.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
