Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will drive our HR initiatives, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will develop HR strategies to support business goals while ensuring our company culture remains strong and diverse.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain an employee performance tracking system.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvements.
  • Maintain HR database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide coaching and support to line managers on HR-related queries.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion programs within the organization.
  • Organize staff development and wellness initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to keep the company competitive.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management is an advantage
