Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ribbon Winder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for winding ribbons onto spools and ensuring efficient production processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery settings based on specific ribbon types and sizes.
• Check for defects in ribbons and ensure high-quality products before packaging.
• Assist in training new operators and providing ongoing support to team members.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area to enhance safety and productivity.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training in manufacturing or related fields.
• Qualifications in quality assurance are a plus.

Experience

• Experience with different types of ribbons and spool sizes is advantageous.
