Responsibilities

• Design and implement metrics to track supply chain performance.
• Research and implement best practices in supply chain management.
• Support strategic planning and execution for supply chain improvements.
• Supervise inventory control measures and optimize warehousing.
• Provide coaching and mentoring for supply chain teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding supply chain updates.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage vendor partnerships.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure transparency and ethical practices in procurement.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics
