Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of advancements in veterinary medicine.
• Support veterinary staff in training and development.
• Assess critical care cases and provide emergency treatment.
• Participate in the development of clinic policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• Veterinary Board Certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Ultrasound and imaging techniques
• Anesthesia and pain management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Communication

Certifications

• Veterinary Surgery Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
