Responsibilities

• Provide direct advocacy and legal representation to clients.
• Develop outreach strategies to engage underserved populations.
• Monitor and report on civil rights violations.
• Foster strong relationships with community leaders.
• Coordinate events and campaigns to promote civil rights.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and governmental agencies.
• Create reports on outcomes of advocacy efforts.
• Engage in public speaking to promote civil rights initiatives.
• Support the development of grant proposals for funding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Work, or related field
• Master's degree in Public Policy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a related field
