Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a robust understanding of project management methodologies to drive project success across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and addressed.
• Direct the allocation and utilization of resources across projects.
• Resolve conflicts and make strategic decisions for project success.
• Develop training programs for team members to enhance skills.
• Conduct project evaluations to inform future strategies.
• Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary.
• Maintain detailed project documentation for accountability.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMP certification is mandatory

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project or program management

• Microsoft Project

Certifications

• PMP Certification
