Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, and ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all construction work complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage project resources and optimize efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Prepare and submit project status reports.
• Evaluate contractor performance and resolve conflicts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
