Job Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to oversee various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and the administration of HR policies. Your role will involve assisting in the strategic planning of human resources initiatives to ensure cultural alignment and organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entirety of the recruitment process from job descriptions to interviews.
• Implement and review HR policies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Assist in conducting training sessions for staff development.
• Support team building and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle grievances and mediate disputes within the workplace.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and professional standards.
• Assist with payroll and compensation management.
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Participate in strategic HR planning sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments in HR practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in HR role

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or equivalent
