Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Johannesburg. You will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and a keen understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for organizational improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide support for payroll processing and compensation inquiries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus

  • 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee engagement
