Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing training needs, creating tailored programs, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role requires a passion for developing talent and maximizing employee potential.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage training programs that enhance both technical and interpersonal skills.
• Develop a variety of training methods, such as hands-on activities and group discussions.
• Assess the effectiveness of training delivery methods and suggest enhancements.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees in a learning context.
• Work with external training vendors and consultants as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with training requirements and policies.
• Facilitate team-building workshops to enhance collaboration within departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field
