Job Description

We seek to appoint a passionate and experienced Adult Educator to design, implement, and assess training programs tailored for adult learners. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging educational content that promotes learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Design an engaging curriculum that meets the needs of adult learners.
• Deliver training sessions that effectively communicate course objectives.
• Utilise various teaching aids and technologies to enhance learning.
• Monitor learner participation and adjust instructional methods as needed.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive environment that encourages continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Adult Education or a related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant teaching experience

Technical Skills

• Interactive Whiteboards

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of South African education legislation: Understanding of the legislation affecting adult education in South Africa.
