Job Description

Join our HR team as a Compliance Officer, where your insights will drive organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will be tasked with developing training materials, conducting workshops, and staying updated on legislative changes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national labour laws.
• Prepare compliance status reports for management review.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of compliance legislation.
• Develop strategies to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Facilitate compliance training sessions for new hires.
• Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on HR policies.
• Serve as a compliance liaison for the organization's various departments.
• Document all compliance-related activities for auditing purposes.
• Assist with the preparation of compliance-related documentation for regulatory bodies.
• Actively participate in compliance-related policy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Advanced HR qualification preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in compliance roles, preferably in HR
