Looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cape Town. This role entails overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will ensure our HR practices align with legal requirements and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent.
• Facilitate employee performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace disputes.
• Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated.
• Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster relationships with external HR consultants and training providers.
• Implement succession planning for critical roles within the organization.
• Support organizational change initiatives and transitions.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for improving retention.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role
